- Open every day except Christmas Day: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. March through October, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. November through February, with tours scheduled hourly.
- Every tour is private: just your party, 5 or 6 guests plus the guide. Minimum age is 3; children under 16 need an adult. Dog friendly. Pregnant women cannot ride.
- Licensed by the USFS for wilderness trail usage in the Coconino National Forest. Jeeps have heated seats for year-round touring.
